A few of my favorite artists are Vincent van Gogh, Salvador Dalí, Chiara Bautista, and Hilma af Klint..not necessarily in that order. Each of them inspire me in different yet powerful ways. Van Gogh’s raw emotion & bold brushstrokes capture the turbulence of the human spirit, while Dalí’s surreal, dreamy imagery challenges the boundaries of reality & imagination. Chiara Bautista’s work blends fantasy, emotion, & storytelling in a modern, deeply personal style that invokes feelings of love, loss, & transformation. Hilma af Klint, an absolute pioneer of abstract art, fascinates me with her spiritually symbolic approach, creating magical mystical works long before her time. Together, these artists represent a multi-faceted spectrum of creativity, from the deeply emotional to the profoundly surreal & spiritual. They continue to influence how I see art and the world around me.
